By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before sending payment. Failure to read these terms does not exempt you from them.
1. General
I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time.My artwork is for personal use only unless explicitly agreed otherwise (commercial use requires a separate agreement and fee).Communication will occur only through Ko-fi or Email. Do not contact me elsewhere for commission business.2. Payment
Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise arranged.Payments must be made through Ko-fi/Stripe, Venmo or Cashapp.Prices are non-negotiable.3. Queue & Turnaround
Commissions are completed in the order they are received unless stated otherwise.Wait times vary depending on my workload and personal health. Estimated turnaround times are guidelines, not guarantees.I will provide updates if delays occur, and I expect patience and respect in return.4. Refunds & Cancellations
If I have not started your commission within 60 days: you may request a refund. A full or partial refund will be issued at my discretion, depending on whether funds have already been allocated.Once work has begun (sketch, draft, or equivalent): refunds are not available.If I must cancel due to personal reasons (before work begins), you will receive a full refund.Refund requests made solely due to wait times will not be honored if I have communicated delays with you.5. Chargebacks & Blacklisting
Filing a chargeback or dispute immediately voids all rights to the commissioned work, whether completed or not.I will not complete or deliver the artwork, and you will be permanently blacklisted from future commissions.Chargebacks that are resolved against me also terminate any refund obligations.6. Revisions & Scope of Work
Please provide all necessary details upfront (pose, outfit, expression, accessories, background, etc.).Minor adjustments are allowed during the sketch stage. Major changes or new requests after approval may incur extra fees.Once a commission is marked complete, additional edits are considered a new commission.7. Artist Rights
I retain all rights to my artwork, including the right to post it publicly unless we agree otherwise.You may not claim my work as your own, use it for AI training, or mint it as an NFT.8. Client Responsibilities
Respect my queue, limits, and health.If you cannot be patient with potential delays, do not commission me.Failure to follow these terms may result in termination of your commission and blacklisting from future work.
